Mark's birthday

Beware the ides of March Caesar. It's Albert Einstein's birthday.

My brother Mark's birthday this 14 March 2011 and what a way for it to fall flat.

I got Mark a couple of things but it's underwear, socks, USB flash drive, a couple of gift cards, and a couple of DVD's and listed it all as being from me and his mother and father.

Dad wrapped it after i showed it to mum and for the life of them neither co9uld tell you what he got or what his birthday card looked like.

He had another little celebration with a couple of his work friends that was in two parts, one dinner at the Mandarin and two refreshment and gaming at Scruffy Murphy's pub.

It was nice but nothing spectacular or note worthy. His father drove him to the Mandarin and I drove him home from Scruffy Murphy's who comped our drinks for playing risk 2150.

Paul and his wife could not make it.

House was jumping off his apartment balcony into the building pool when I left to join Mark's celebration at Scruffy.

That's right I remember the TV better than the three cakes or siphoning grocery money to pay for his presents. Told you it fell flat.

See you next month.

M*A*S*H on DVD

Just to note this 7th of March 2011 my brother has finally finished watching every episode of M*A*S*H on DVD plus all the extras and commentary. Now to get him 20 years of Law & Order and ten years of Law & Order Criminal Intent and I don't know how many years of Law & Order Special Victims Unit and see how long that takes him. It would be easier to wait for the complete The Simpsons in the end.
Last year he did StarGate SG-1 and the previous year he did Buffy and Angel. Are we completist's or is is it compulsory compelling viewing or is it something else?
See you all later.
