Ground Hog day 2011 part 19
It's February 2nd, 2011 and Ground Hog day and this year Grady the Groundhog of Chimney Rock, North Carolina has decided not to see his shadow and an early Spring or failing that the best Rustbelt resurgence report in decades. What a silly sad day, to think of manufacturing and agriculture financial predictions.
