Ground Hog day 2011 part 9

It's February 2nd, 2011 and Ground Hog day and this year Holtsville Hal of Holtsville, New York has decided to see his shadow and six more weeks of winter or failing that select shortages for the future. What a silly sad day, for weather men and economists.
