Ground Hog day 2011 part 3

It's February 2nd, 2011 and Ground Hog day and this year Shubenacadie Sam of Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia has decided not to see his shadow and an early Spring or failing that cause insane changes in the economy. What a silly sad day, to look for weather forecasting.
