Ground Hog day 2011 part 20

It's February 2nd, 2011 and Ground Hog day and this year Chuckles of Manchester, Connecticut has decided not to see his or anyone else's shadow and an early Spring or failing that some Royal Scandal somewhere. What a silly sad day, to think of a governing lineage.
