Ground Hog day 2011 part 4

It's February 2nd, 2011 and Ground Hog day and this year Balzac Billy of Balzac, Alberta has decided to see his shadow and six more weeks of winter or failing that send gas prices in such a tizzy that if not for the high price of feed people would go back to horse and buggy. What a silly sad day, that we will look back upon with nostalgia.
